Like sombody else said if it helps them remember then wheres the harm in that.
Thinking of the rock still be Dad is strange to me. But then again I've never really been one for talking to gravestones either. I can understand why people do it, its just not for me. My Dad's ashes are intered at the local crem. I never go there, I hate the place. He's not there anyway, he's dead, he doesn't exist any more. Only in the hearts and minds of those who knew and loved him. |

We thought about it for mum but decided against it - She now being scattered the length and breadth of the UK. she did want anything that somebody had to look after.
I personally think its a good idea and if it soothes the people left behind then go for it. who are we to argue. (mum as a diamond hmmm - who would get her??) |
