Prediction----Stoner does it again using the Duke's straight line speed.
Rossi knows he can't win from Stoner so sets up his bike to keep in touch with the leader and ensure a good second place.He banks 20 points and looks to other more Yamaha orientated circuits for the overall championship.
Just my ravings.

Stoner, unless there's any damp in which case he'll lose the front end and hand it to Rossi. Why is Stoner able to get so much more out of the new duke than Capirex - I know they're new bikes but he's been riding the closest thing for years now

superior bike in the corners and there aint enough straight for the dukes speed to outweigh the corner advantage of rossi.

I beg to differ - although the duke is a bit of a handfull, Stoner is seriously quick around this track! Look at last year, he only lost out (by not very much) to Melandri, who cannot be beaten when he is having a Good Day! Rossi may have the superiour bike in corners, but it'll still be tough for him to beat stoner. And what do you mean not enough straight for the duke to use its speed? The back straight and the kink, then up hill is where stoner will have the greatest advantage, and I think the bike will be more stable underbraking aswell (looks a longer bike?)

Still, its a close field (2seconds first to last) so its anyones guess.

Well I got it half right.
Some cracking moves in the race,but what went wrong with VR?
He set the fastest lap of the race,but always looked a bit out of control I thought.Then he just went backwards.At one point I thought he might have a slow puncture,but he did finish so it must have been a naff tyre or brake problem.

That track was awesome. One of the most exciting races I have seen for a long time. Sorry to see your off Pedro - hope you are back on track soon.

Quality Race. Gutted that Hopkins lost time, but at least he got Nicky on the final lap.

Rossis tyre looked pretty nasty.

Kawasaki mechanic call to my motorhome and apologise for forget put brake fluid in Olivier bike! Ouch I hurt but not being too bad. Yamaha work on engine not able to see for full race distance as Mr.Rossi have problems I surprise see him complain about Toni Elias? How many time Valentino go past peoples liking this?

Marco ride ride very hot and make a lot places up,but me thinking this track very good for Bridgestone,no? Not all be like this.

Please tell Peter Henry I not hurt so bad and he not be so worrying about me.

250 race very exciting again and anyone not be watching Jorge,Alvaro and Mr.Dovizioso...them crazy.

But rossi did come first just someone rolled a zero behind that one.

looks like the bridgestone riders had the day to me.

if all the tyres were the same possibly a different outcome.

but my my my what a 250 race ? it was like 3 rounds with mike tyson. so much for a boring track with slow corners at the finish, the guy who designed it had his head screwed on


The DR needs to fix his bike for the next round at china (yeah you know the track with the fastest straight)
