Not sure they do indy spacers for the Sv, not the curvy certainly. Found the Yam ones worked though.
Those leads are great for numpties like me who can't solder. Not that I used them. They weren't available then, just crimped on some connectors and the new leads fitted perfectly. |

![]() EDIT: One thing though. Don't overtighten that nut. The spacers are made out of plastic. Tighten the nut too much & it snaps. I now have a set of 3 spacers ![]() |

Don't need any for the rear on a curvy. Yeah they are very brittle plastic ain't they?

just checked a few websites, 03> spacers front and rear, good point about over tightening, something which I do quite frequently on other things
PS. found the screw that holds the indy on, a bit tough to pull the indy out, so leaving it for the moment untill 100% sure i'm doing it right, dont want to cause dmg to anything ![]() |

The motrax indi spacers consists of two pices of black plastic for each indicator . One goes inside the fairing for the nut to tighten up to and the othe is specially shaped to fit in the space left when you change indicators . They tidy up nicely what could otherwise be a messy job .

PS . you will need to remove any OEM rubbers from the fairing . Also . to remove my indicators I had to undo a nut on the inside of the fairing . What is this screw you guys keep talking about ?

Hey,
I fitted some new front and back indicators to my sv650s 2000(curvy) the back already had spacers so it was just a quick case of unscrewing the old ones and fitting the new ones. However the front is alot different, the standard indicators screw onto the inside of the fairing but with some motrax-suzuki-ss1 spacers althought they were supose to fit had to have a very slight sand down to fit smoothly down the gap and then just put your indicator though and jobs a good en :P. Also I did buy some connecters as the ends of my new cators were like bullets and mine were square connecters. You can just cut and reattach as my dad did without knowing about the connecters which i got :P. Hope all is well. Andrew |
