Theiving little scrotes

I understand completely, the little need teaching a lesson about other people's property. Plod won't do that, they're already known. They need to get intimate with someone named "Bubba" to my thinking.

Good plan to remove the images though, and yes, I got a local copy before you removed them that I can circulate a little.

I have no idea where they took the van, or who they are, or when it happened. Hard to link me back to the crime they (allegedly) committed, honest officer.

Sadly it's not a case of bring it back, it's a fact of life in many parts of the world. Cruel, and disgusting.

But I agree with the sentiment

I don't see a prob in having pix on here. It's recording what actually happened. And truth hurts.

Ed, my point was that the still images prove nothing. They are allegedly stills taken from CCTV of a crime in progress.

As well as potentially harming the case against them, it also opens up a claim of deformation of character.

The data protection act also deals with the use of a persons likeness without consent.

IMO, a potential legal minefield that isn't for me to police, thankfully. Just raising a personal concern

Its very True Baph, you must be very careful of who you show CCTV footage to, while its OK to show it live, once recorded only autherised people like the police, lawers, Health and safety and people who appear in the video are allowed to view. It will harm the prosecution if it is found that someone has been showing footage around.

Well I am glad the police recognised them, so they should be able to catch them surely! And tbh, showing me the pictures, although I want to see them, I'm hardly going to recognise tehm in the street and hit them am I...
