Sux, but as ppl have said, at least you have his details
 Oh and an axle stand under the peg (unless it is a 'lift up' one) or the rear swinger and leave it in gear is the way to get you out of trouble for now  Also presuming it is a writeoff then you might be able to buy it back cheap, sell all the undamaged plastic and lights etc and make it into a dedicated track bike
