As resident Psychologist all I can say is
it's very well known that regular rhythmic motion is excellent as a stress management exercise. he recommended is 20-30 minutes 3 times a week. I wish!! So you're fine. Just a bit stressed There, that would've cost you hundreds from a stress consultancy!

Funnily enough, I'm sitting perfectly still but the whole room is spinning. Not sure if it was the paint fumes, the solvent fumes, or the plastic welding fumes though.
