Second CeriJC's comments. I used a Palm drybag this weekend for keeping tent and therm-rest dry. I made a post about these some time ago, suggesting that you should get the rubbery type material as it withstands temperature changes better.

However, I think your suit would be crumpled terribly in this kind of bag. They are really meant for stuffing things into, not folding stuff neatly.

Hi All,

Thanks for all the comments.

I think i'm gonna give a roll bag a try. I think if i put my suit in its suit carrier first and then roll it up it should stay crease free. My suit carrier is quite sturdy on its own so should be okay.

I've also seen a cool rack by sw-motech which is quite discreet when not being used to carry a box, but which takes a special quick fix adapter plate to allow it to carry a givi box. These are quite cool huh?

THat's good, is that. Won't be massively strong, on the SV at least, as it's only using the pillion handle mounting- just 2 M8 bolts with a lot of leverage on them. But for carrying lighter stuff it'd be effective, and a little faster to fit (I've got a Givi rack for the SV that has the 4-point mounting, and a Renntec which has the 2-bolt mounting, and it takes about the same time to fit either but the Givi is much fiddlier, it'd be very easy to smack a panel with the arms)

I'd still choose a pillion seat mount for real simplicity and strength, but this is a great option.
