I've eaten a peach before that looked perfect on the outside and was a moldy husk on the inside. I still remember the taste now... urgh.

i quite like marmite and marmalade (or jam) on toast together, not sure about adding honey and vit pills into the mix though.

as an aside, i did try microwaving a nearly empty pot of marmite to see if it would melt but it just smelled REALLY bad

I have just eaten an apricot - not had a "fresh" one before - it was kind of like a peach but minus the juice and flavour... hey ho, at least it was towards my 5-a-day!
