Hi,
How loud are these cans?

Got one of these off ebay - titanium and link pipe.

Link pipe looks different /shorter so may require some 'fettling' when i get the courage to fit it!Bracket may have to be higher up.
Absolutely no weight in it!

Didn't come with clips or hanger straps so waiting for them to be delivered.

Should be ready to fit it by this weekend so will let you know how i get on.
Can't wait.....

Exhaust clips and hangers arrived today.
Once home from work got handy with the hacksaw and off came the original can.
Wow, what a difference in weight!

A little fettling and new can on. Looks really good and sounds really loud.
Will get some pics on soon.
Still to give it a spin to see how it sounds on the road. Can't wait.

It does have a gauze baffle.

As soon as i started it up my wife came out claiming it was louder than the race can that i'd had on one before last. But i'm sure that was down to getting used to stock cans.

Trying it without the baffle? Has to be looked into!

holy mother of all that's, erm, holy...

took the baffle out last night thinking "it can't be *that* loud" - i was wrong - it's mental, and i've even done the copper test, rode past a bored PC sitting on the side of the road and nothing came of it, i'll have to see how i get on for the next few weeks - too much attention and i'll re-fit the baffle

for hoppy: cutting the pipe isn't hard, just take your time and duck tape some cardboard to the swingarm (i did and although i didn't hit it i would have been gutted had i). i cut through the outer pipe with the dremel and then cut the inner one with a junior hacksaw - 20mins tops and it was a super clean cut. and yes, scorpion supply a link pipe to refit the original

pics and video to follow once i wash the bike...
