Strangely, even though a Jack Russell has longer legs than me, I didn't find it that bad, in fact, I was on either on one flat foot or on the balls of both.

I'd hate to test an SV's brakes again as these were sharp, but not as good as mine (and like I said, my bike is 5 years old and I'd expect a middleweight supersport to be just as good...).

True, it probably is one of the nicest looking bikes around right now, and definitely the best thing that Triumph have done in years. I didn't have any trouble with the clocks, they seemed fine, but the position is so "over the bars" that I did start to get an ache in my neck, looking up all the time. But you'd get used to that.

Like I said before, if it wasn't for the latest 600RR I'd have one if I were in that market. Unfortunately with age (and illness) getting the better of me, I'm more likely to be on a Bonny than a Daytona

.

I must admit that I found the 675 to be too "focused" as well which is why I ended up with its "older" brother, the 955i daytona.

I think if I was in the market for a trackday tool and one came up cheap enough(or I won the lottery) then I would consider the 675 as a serious option...

Cool. Tis going to be a fun weekend hopefully. Not hopeful for an armful of pots as wont have even sat on the bike before Friday and have Michellins to get used to instead of slicks. Just want a decent weekend riding the awesome Gp circuit!

Will see!

Bugger working this weekend or would have loved to have come down, roll on the new job 3 or maybe 2 weekends in 6 instead of 3 out of 4
