Point of order...

Seriously though, many congratulations...

Nothing like the first ride out without someones voice in your helmet.

Be safe....

I know, every single one of my lessons was in monsoon rainfall so i'm already used to riding in the rain and i do have waterproofs, all i really need is a fog city or something similar for my visor, just don't like riding in the rain to be honest, bit nervous of grids etc. Also as my bike is a hobby rather than my first method of transportation, going out on it the rain isn't really how i want to enjoy it. Once the ground is wet, i think riding is quite restricted, especially at my level of experience.

you know what, i havent actually been out for a ride, just for the sake of going out for a ride, there is something definatly special about passing your test and just being free on the road, because now you will learn how to ride for real or should i say for yourself.....

Go out as much as you can mate. its almost been a year since my test and i havent done nearly enough stuff that i wanted to with the bike.
just dont bin it into a curb full on at speed, your SV wont like it lol,( trust me )

I think you learn so much more about bike control, riding smothly and progressive breaking in the wet. Learning how to get your knee down is best practised on dry tarmac though

Well done, enjoy.....
