No it takes many many miles to square a tyre off, burn outs not included, I do a lot of motorway miles and it usually takes about 3k-4k miles before the tyre becomes noticably flat. You should be more than fine im sure

Could try upping the preasure in the tyres by a few psi, plus check them before you set off anyway.
