scotland is the 2nd fattest nation

I was up there a wee while ago, on a building site. Never seen so many big beefy blokes sucking down Irn Bru and eating pies. The site burger van couldn't accommodate my request for sushi and mineral water either...

Obesity is fast becoming a major problem here in Spain also. Forget the stories of the healthy mediteranean diet the place is fast filling up with many a tubber.

Sedantary lifestyle and the introduction of fast and pre prepared meals are definitely begiining to take their toll.

Dont worry though folks I continue to show the locals a real piece of British Beef!
















What a knob! I cant believe I wrote that last bit. In my defence, much broader in the chest and shoulders, but same waist size as when I was 17. I am pretty pleased at that.

I've never noticed a particular obesity problem in Scotland TBH - no worse than the rest of the UK.

Ha you guys kill me! For a veteran of these parts I have to say that watching my diet following a lifetime of sporting activities which I do not participate in any more has not seen me waste away to a flaccid and bloated state.
