What he said. As to them being finished by 30K, I'd have to disagree. Mine has over that and I don't have any real problems. 1 indicator has gone "on the blink", ho ho as has a tail light, but that has only cost £50 in total to fix. Other than that the past 15K miles have been trouble free. Had I not been a mechanical numpty and done something wrong with my rear caliper a while back, it'd be the past 20K+ miles that would have been trouble-free. Shocks are serviceable items and replacing it with a decent one will make the bike handle better than a new one.
