What a complete & utter farce !!
I don't recall the FIA intervening when Ferrari conveniently 'forgot' how many wheels are required for a car when they only brought out 3 for Irvine's pitstop back in 1999 (?) when even a routine stop would have meant he became World Champion (before Schumacher). Max Mosely seems to have reverted to his facist background - hopefully Jackie Stewart (who has forgotten more knowledge about F1 than Mosely could ever hope to learn) will take his lawyers advice & sue Mosely for slander - then we can be shot of him for good !! BTW - to any of you who may actually believe that he is unbiased, can I refer you to his recent comment that the ideal candidate to replace him eventually (his words) would be Jean Todt !! Of course a (by then) former Ferrari team boss would be the ideal option wouldn't it ?
