Down South!!! Plymouth is ok! It has countryside, seaside, countryroads etc Property market is crap but isn't it everywhere. Always loads of places to rent. All search engines i.e Fish4.com, rightmove etc

I probably would buy myself in this current housing climate.

Prices dropped 1.6% in August. Although there are early reports that in september they rose by more than 2.5% which canceled out the drop + some more.

It may have been people worrying over northernrock or it could have been a sign of changing times, I know if I was looking to buy again I would wait abit longer.
