Oh and I wouldn't say I 'owned' the GIXER, we were lapping about the same overall, but I would say we BOTH 'owned' the 20 odd sports bikes we passed in that 7.5min clip alone!

Liked the SV vs GSXR vid. I reckon, and I know this is gonna over-inflate your ego a bit, that if you were on a bike that accelerated quicker in a straight line like a gixxer thou that you would have been a few seconds quicker than gixxer boy around there...

Although we were lapping about the same, its safe to say I was making my time the hard way I LOVE doing that … its how I get my kick out of trackdays … doing it as the underdog!!

I actually bought the SV as a trackbike as I was running my race tuned R6 at trackdays and it was getting just silly and after the initial buzz of obliterating everyone in say the first session to prove my domination, I just wasn’t enjoying it …

The SV gives me just enough handicap to make it fun, yet as you can see, I still come out one of the top-dogs on the day!!

Blue, did you loose the front end before you left the track?

No, that was just where I relised I wasn't going to make it and picked the bike up so I didn't hit/cross the rumble strip at full lean ...

I think it was a moments lapse of concentration* as I am not really sure I did much different to every other lap ... although it was a wide line/apex, its no different to when I was going 'round the outside' of bikes on other laps ...

*It had been a ferocious battle and he had come alongside me and clapped his hands just before and conceded/recognised my efforts against his missile ... so I guess I just mentally backed off for a few seconds …. That is all it takes

I too noticed the bike go zooming off into the distance. Hope he was okay.

I always love watching your vids. I get a huge kick out of watching you run circles around most other full on sports bikes. Good work.

Ah, ok. Looked like a bobble but the camera angle dosnt really tell much. Excelent desicion, must be said.

Anyway, fantastic stuff, I am now sending the youtube link onto my dad so he can see what potential my bike has
