It's only Darwinism at work ... I think it should be the same for human kids ... if they are stupid enough to play in the road/not look and they get run down as the driver didn't want to swerve and cause another accident, then no questions asked*!! Simple and effective Darwinism ...

*Only when the driver has taken them out off the road or on a crossing etc should questions be asked ...
