You cannot beat ginger biscuits for your current problem hun. In fact, just ginger in general. If you don't have ginger biscuits but do have ground ginger in the cupboard, pop a teaspoon in a mug of hot water with some honey or sugar...ginger is great for settling the digestive system and has many other benefits!!!

I eat many a ginger biscuit, settles morning sickness quite nicely, although I have been lucky not to have much of that.

Didn't know they helped with windy tummies though! hey I know I ain't preggers, its all trapped wind! Well actually its all that and not much baby right now
