One quick question.................has it definitely, absolutely, completely and utterly, definitively been decided that the start time from the Ponderosa is 12pm?

Just wondering so we can plan to arrive there in time for some grub before starting off again. We won't be having brekkie before we set out, so a nice late one at Ponderosa seems like a plan. I can't live without a nice bit of sausage in the morning
