Bloomin Samsung tablet corrupting the inserted SD card, their phones do it too.

Reformat & reinstall of app data & music required, but it'll happen again for sure

Put back on the narcotics today.
Too much pain not enough gain, in fact gotten worse in the past 4 days.
I'm used to being a quick healer but not this time.

Now Bill if you dont slow down just until you heal up a bit then im going to have to organise a visit from a large group of us over here to stand over you and 'enforce' some rest

Hey Bill, it's frustrating to be made to slow down but it's only temporary. At least it will be as long as you give your self time to heal. Take it easy mister, don't go doing yourself permanent damage. We want to see more pictures from your rides but not at the expense of your health!

When I go on one of my rare sorties down to Kent I avoid the M25 car park and the Dartford crossing burglars. I go down via the A14/M11, through Essex and to Tilbury. From there you can get that great little ferry across to Gravesend. Pedestrians, pushchairs, bicycles, and the odd motorbike but no cars.
