Lily has done a little boo boo.......we have just changed Lilys account over to our joint account.....in the process, she has forgotten to remove one of the standing orders - for our rent.
This has resulted in her old account now being a considerable amount overdrawn. Whats annoying is that HSBC allowed it to go ahead with no cleared funds. Anyhow.....I have calmed her and asked her Dad if we can borrow it till we can get the money back from the letting agent. So all gravy. Lily - don't fret, take a breath, get a bru, smile, then call your Dad to say thank you. Love you. X

Drew they did that to me I emailed their customer care complained and get the unarranged overdraft fees back.

They have said that providing it is rectified by the statement date - 23rd, then will not be charged. Will be rectified tonight, as her folks bank with HSBC too, so will be instant.
Just made me realise even more why we moved to Nationwide.
