Oh, Chris why did you tell me to go straight on when we got to MH?
My satnav and my spidy sense was saying turn left at those temp traffic lights, we wanted to go the A14 route which involved going down the A508, ended up turning round after a mile or so and following my satnav

Christian, no need to worry about your pace mate, you kept up no trouble.

Dave, yeah i do know how you feel, i feel like that after most rides, normally numbed down by painkillers

hang on, there was four of us in that detour

Sorry, Phil has the market sewn up on sausage munching

May I suggest a three man bum chain (with Dave at the front. And no reach-around, you'll only spoil him)

Not making any excuses.

We rolled up at that junction and then I realised I was 2nd man so stayed when the lights turned green. Then thought **** me, this is is a stupid place to stop. Cars could just about squeeze past, then a lorry appeared in the mirrors, so I thought **** this, Phil's got his spidey sense after all, I'm off!

Hope you had a nice tour of the countryside

sorry dude, genuinely didnt know what to do. Its a pretty much a one way system to get back around to that corner, and given the timeframe that was implausible.

Did'nt realise I was was gonna be 2nd man until the last minute due to us all bunching up at the junction. If i'd have thought ahead I'd have stopped outside Melton and waited for you as the the road layout is a bit complicated
