KJ, what are the boxes that need ticking?

Cost...< £1500?
V-twin?
1000cc+?
Sporty?
Age?
Mileage?

Just curious what were up against to find you a bike that meets your wants and needs

Price - bare minimum!
V-twin definitely, missed the vtwin sound on the TT
1000cc yep if its a twin
Sporty yep, and pretty!
Age 1998 on
Mileage sub 25k ideally,
I have time to clean up and maintain whatever i get (assuming i can find the money at all!) but dont want to be forking out for mods (dont mind replacing cheaper stuff like screens but cant be buying new cans and such like)

Aprillia Mille (2001) <10K miles in red going for £2000 [Rochdale]

Triumph Daytona 955 (2002) ~10K miles in green for £1800 (light r/h damage?) [Doncaster]

I know they're not local and it is just Auto trader but I think those bikes aren't half bad...maybe someone knows more though Gives you an idea of the options though

Thanks Kai. I spend half my days at the moment perusing mcn and autotrader having a look at what could be.

Im not sure what my budget will be (if any) but it wont be up to those bikes im afraid. Its only now im without a bike that i realise how much time i used to spend cleaning, and generally fiddling around in the garage. My house has never been so clean and tidy and it utterly sucks!!!

Curvys are horrible. Honestly.
Pointies are so much nicer and I can't comprahend how people cannot see this.

I 100% agree, curvies have that same jelly mold appeal as the first Nissan micra if you know what I mean....

I can only assume people praise curvy's to hide their jealousy of pointies which are way cooler...
