The only things I would add to that list is spare keys for the bike if you live some distance away and earplugs.

thats a good one. my alarm thingy got damp, and the bike would not start due to imoberlser in devon, liz sorted it with a hair dryer, but must bring spare keys, and alarm fob

Which is why I suggested the earplugs for his list. I won't have any as I don't hear myself snore....
