Its an old vid. Besides, he may have got some sort of permission from somebody or another as it was a promotional vid. Surely if films and TV series do it why not this?..must be a reason for it, i'm sure they didn't just say...ah lets go doing wheelies in rush hour up the m62...cause if you notice its empty, which is rare.

The riding across water, bush and on dirt were done by a stunt rider. The shots like the one at 1:26 you can tell were done at a slow speed. And the shots of him going past the camera on the front or back wheel only were no doubt done on a closed road.
