The sonic ones really are worth the extra over the standard rotating brushes, I've had both in the past and the former gives a much more polished feel to your teeth.
The UV cleaner / bluetooth / timers are just gimmics though IMO, if you can't rinse off your brush or guesstimate 2 minutes, you're probably best not putting anything in your mouth in case you choke yourself ![]() |

Oral B triumph - with flossaction heads. Not as good as flossing but quite good at cleaning inbetween. £0 sec timer helps move the brush along. Also tells you when to change the heads. Good charge and will last more than a few days.
