Re: EAR - AR Attendees
Been there done that, its good to have a change, I've always come back to bikes, but I don't feel the need to clock up mega miles or ride like a loon.
So long as its fun I'll keep on biking, but its not the same as when I first had a bike.

Re: EAR - AR Attendees
Just getting tired of it but don't know what it is.
Fuel costs are stupid, roads are rubbish and car driving standards seem to have dropped to an all time low now that we let any old tosser come here to live. Could be a mixture of loads of little things killing the fun. I do love the bikes I have but the calling feeling I used to get on nice days is just not there anymore. |

Re: EAR - AR Attendees
One of the reasons I sold the SV1000 was the daft fuel costs and also the fact that I dont get the same buzz out of road riding like I used to. The DRZ has fixed that though - its slow enough to make "making progress" more fun as its more of a challenge. Plus the fact I can go off-road now too

Ive no idea what time, probably late afternoon, but MZ, Paul and I are meeting at Brampton Hut (A14/A1 Intersect) to ride up, the more the merrier.
On the Sunday Im riding over to Darlington (after brekkie, not doing the sunday ride if there is one) and I think Paddy is too so you'd be welcome to join in. Im heading over to my sisters for a comfy bed and bath!!!! |
