earlier i had a ham and cheese sandwich with lashings of Branston brown sauce and bit of flapjack. Gotta love brain fuel....although don't know how much it's actually helping!

or brussels pate on those delicious salted biscuits for cheese (cant remember what they're called)

Has anyone ever had sugar on toast? I haven't had it for ages but its ace! Has to be white bread though, which is why I haven't had it for ages cos we only get crappy brown

At the moment either:-
  • home made soup
  • pumpkin seed ryvita with brussels pate
  • Rye bread with low fat philadelphia and smoked salmon
  • wheat free crackers and hoummus
