earlier i had a ham and cheese sandwich with lashings of Branston brown sauce and bit of flapjack. Gotta love brain fuel....although don't know how much it's actually helping!

Has anyone ever had sugar on toast? I haven't had it for ages but its ace! Has to be white bread though, which is why I haven't had it for ages cos we only get crappy brown

pumpkin seed ryvita with brussels pate
Rye bread with low fat philadelphia and smoked salmon
wheat free crackers and hoummus
