Manaf Hussain was told at Leeds Crown Court he will serve a minimum of 10 years behind bars.
The Recorder of Leeds Peter Collier QC told the 32-year-old he was a clear danger to children.
Hussain had served five years in prison for the rape of a 10-year-old girl in 1992.

Rapists and murderers should never be released.

Who takes the responsibility for poor sentencing and releasing such people?

Perhaps they should be held accountable.

Mate i'd personaly go 1 step further than that.

Muderers...(those who are caught in the act or very soon after for whcih they have no doubt of guilt) Simple execution after the trial, take em out to the car park at the back of the courthouse and put a few rounds in their pointless brains.

Rapists... (again as above where no doubt exisists as to guilt) Throw them in a cell with 6 or 7 of the biggest hardest fags in the jail and let them repeatedly gang rape the rapist for 1 week. Then release them. If they reoffend then treat them as a murderer.

My simple solution of ultra heavy punishments for ultra heineous(sp) crimes.

Tho i agree with the principle of making them suffer before they pop their clogs the downside is that some poor bugger has to clean up the bloody mess they leave behind as they writhe around in agony.

And why should anyone have to clean up after this type of scum.

AMybe we could just dangle then from a very large crame into a pool filled with pirhanias and lower them in an inch a day till they die, nice slow and painfull.

Thinking up torture methods is surprisingly therapeutic
