Thats what i hope! I can't wait to get out and about. Really missed going on the back with Phil over the winter. Now I have my leathers too I'm excited about getting back out there.

Nervous about learning myself though because I dont want to look stupid, and what if i drop the bike or fall offI I will look like a real numpty!!!
Practise makes perfect I guess!!

You'll be ok. If I could do it, then anyone else can!!

I can imagine how you're feeling. I was hopeless to start with. It took me forever to even balance, never mind riding in a straight line. I dropped my bike loads of times, but hey ho, all part of learning.

Just enjoy and take it at your own pace.

We've all done it. I reckon I've dropped my bike(s) about five or six times over two years. Short legs, y'see.

Crash bungs are the answer. There's no shame in it, it happens. Any biker who laughs at you is either
a) a bit of a prat.
b) still living under the misapprehension that it's possible to get through your biking life without ever dropping a bike.
c) trying to look cool, knowing that they've dropped theirs loads of times.

Good to know! im a shorty too and find the bike quite heavy. getting on and off isn't eligant!!! Feel like it's going to pull me over! Agh well I shall be as graceful as possible when picking the bike back up....I would expect some burly biker man to come and help me!!!
