You may mock young sir! Although your own comments reek of your own unhappiness with how things are presently. This would be a cutting edge opeation with only the best qualified operatives being associated with it.

Imagine all that you feel presently fails? There are others better qualified than you or I to refine and streamline so that an efficient service can be provided.

This story also comes to mind.
A two-year-old Border Collie was tied up with electrical flex and set on fire in Bristol last week. The dog was so badly burned that in some places its bones have been exposed. Ozzie, that belongs to Michael and Pauline Kaines, disappeared from the owners' house and has been found by the RSPCA wandering in Bedminster area with burns to his eyes, ears, genitals and sides hours later.
The dog has had a surgery to remove damaged flesh but was given a 50% survival chance. Mr and Mrs Kaines are now awaiting results of tests to determine whether Ozzie has a serious infection. RSPCA inspector Glyn Roberts said: "Something like this is deliberate. We will take those responsible to court if we find them." He also said that the case was the worst he had seen in his 17-year career.


The thing is I can't find any record of the names of the offenders or what sentencing they received.

How can communities help to police themselves if no-one knows if offenders are in their midsts?

In some cases they're no better clearly.

And another nasty case, this time a mum of two.

Get's a community rehab order, I guess becuase she needed to be around to look after her kids (after drinking 7 cans of beer and 2 bottles of wine).

you would hope people would think twice about committing the crime if they knew that if they were caught, they would recieve the same treatment.

er yeah it was actually, what would you suggest ?

edit; dunno if that came over as I intended it to sound, just think that drugs in particular seem to be causing more problems by the day.

I honestly believe those convicted should be rendered incapable of breeding, having demonstrated that their moral judgement is out of line with wider society.

There's no blame to be laid at the feet of parents if the bad kids don't get born in the first place.

I do realise I'm advocating a form of eugenics.
