that's another thing, what happened to the traditional lottery? I had to fill out a ticket for my mum recently and she mentioned not ticking the box for a 'Dreamnumber' what with stupid thunderballs and goodness knows what else, it just confuzzles me, I won't be doing it for her again!

£1 is a lot of money from where I come from! Enough to buy 10 tins of baked beans! (as my dear mother likes to tell me ). It all adds up, especially when I probably won't have anything to show for it

The rafting is at Bala, North Wales. Don't know whether to be nervous (I can't swim ) or excited. Although once I'm actually doing it, the adrenaline will kick in no doubt
