The thing is different model bikes different tyres etc make a big difference.

Like on the SV650 I got right to the edge of the front on every tire, but still had a CM or so on the back left... On the aprilia cos it has a 120/70 front and 180/55 back it gets right to the edge of the back way before the front gets any where near. Back has a tiny bit left to get to the edge, the front is at least a cm and a half off. Wierd aye.

Like people say it don't mean much^^. No point wasting any rubber though aye

You can scrape the SV pegs before you get to the edge on the back.

If that is true and you look at the pic of my rear tyre after getting back from a race weekend at brands, it is a good job I decided to retire then!! (well I technically retired 2 years ago, but have faltered a couple of times since ).

The SC2 scrub that I've got on the back of mine still has a small chicken strip.

Then again I can see a 160 on the SV rim being slightly pinched too, so it's understandable, especially with it not having much ground clearance.

indeed it does a whole 68 miles so far this year
