You need a fish smoker! Very readily available and so are the chips in several varieties.

I do a lot of trout salmon mackeral and loads of other stuff in one.

You can also get Savu smoker sacks that you use once and throw away.

I've tried both "flavours" and they are Ok but tend to dry fish out even when smoked with honey. Shoudl be fine for the chillies though.

You can get them online from various places and they are the cheaper options at about £2.25 each

Blimey! Nice work. Mine are doing a little less well in my 'cold flat that only gets slanting sun rays at the end of the day' situation- but they seem to have survived the drop on Saturday and are still growing. Some pics will follow when they get a little bigger...

My chillies are best!

Lol! Nar- first time grower, so I'll be happy with a few handfuls of nicey spicey cayenne chillies in October. Hell- I'll be happy with the plants living that long!!!

Keep checking mine as if something is going to happen really quickly, but its only a week and they are outside in a 4 tier mini greenhouse thing, come on, grow will ya
