Fill in the form on this page . I managed to get the extra purely by chance, I didn't realise there was a special Bank Holiday offer.
A lot of adverts did show a low price, but when the fine print is read, it transpires the price shown includes the cash back offer, you pay the extra, then claim it back to get to the offer price.
