Lol. Yep, I get those 'senior' moments too. Usually happens when I'm at work, looking after 18 year olds having baby number 2. Makes me realise I could have been a mum to a teenager by now and a grandmother in a few years times.

When I'm thinking rationally, I realise I'm not old at all and I still feel 18ish.

Has anyone else seen the occasional 'birthday' banner about that says "Happy 30th Nana". I was a little shocked I can say.

I know that feeling not that i look after new mums but the bit about being old enough to have an 18 year old son or daughter.

My husband is 25 he keeps me young, i think i still have a young outlook and i don't feel any older than 18 anyway and according to one guy last week i don't look my age either

as for senior moments at the i start conversations and then forget what i was saying half way through

Hmmm i know, i am now a great uncle (please no Womble jokes - they been done to death) and my daughter is 3 years older than her mum was having her. My son is almost the age I was when my daughter was born! I could easily be a grandad.

So, as said earlier.....

I was just gone 19 when my eldest daughter was born, her mum was just turned 18. Caz is 27 now and I still feel like I'm the same age as she is.

yep, those moments include forgetting what it is I've gone into the next room for, writing shopping lists and never taking them, printing off assignments then forgetting to take them when on way to hand them in, getting to the top of the four flights of stairs in my house and thinking my knees are going to implode...

Tis even worse when you realise it was only 2 years since you went 18! They say people age quicker these days

I realise I'm probably just very scatty
