Pedrsoa was fading by the end.

Poor old Stoner is having the bad luck he didn't get last year.

But Rossi is Mr MotoGP. Doesn't seem right unless he is winning!

If he is on the case then only a fit Jorge can stop him.

Very disappointed with Pedrose. No balls at all, Mr Safe I think.

Rossi - class act. Getting used to those tyres now. His braking is fantastic. He just seem to drag the break so deep ito the crner whilst leaning over.

Stoner - no more cool dude. As his luck run out.

Toseland ... hmm ... I think he is to blame for that. He was nowhere near "alongside" Andrea.

Is Hayden on his way out?

If anyone was gonna push Rossi it was Lorenzo - Pedosas showing was rather weak I thought.
Pedrosa's overall performance might be viewed by some as "weak" odd when considering he was riding a bike with an outdated motor and finished 4th? However it has been revealed that from very early on in the race he was suffering with poor front tyre grip,(something that they worked on in practise yesterday) He is not an excuse maker and so I am willing to suggest that his finish position was in reality worthy of much higher praise.

N.B.

It is being muted that the new HRC engine will be used at the Cataluņa race for the first time.

Perhaps. He seems to have the hunger and is prepared to take the risk - He is well worth watching that's for sure!

Is it not a little humiliating to the field that a rider with broken bones in his feet managed to out ride everyone but Rossi to obtain second?

Don't count Nicky out until after Laguna Seca.

I think the problem with Hayden is the problem with Honda.

Pedrosa's smaller build means he can have a good power to weight on any machine. None of the Hondas apart from Peds has actually done much.

I think Pedrosa plays the percentages and will always settle if it suits.

Melandri is certainly on the slope and so is Westy. I think Marco could be parting company and WSB could be the option open. If Ducati want a proven race winner then Melandri is available to replace Bayliss. Especially since Melandri is now old news since the Lorenzos and Dovisiosos have stolen his thunder.

Not odd at all. His bike was still fast down the straights so that's no excuse.

Nah that just means he doesn't deserve a slating.

A mediocre finish if he'd started at the back of the grid deserves praise, slipping back from pole doesn't.
