I've got ebc organics at the moment which I prefer to the oem pads that came with the bike from new. I previously had carbon lorraine HH sintered and these provided more bite still but don't know if you'll get a set for £25. Haven't tried ebc HH so couldn't comment on those although the organics seem okay (GG rated).

Becarful what you get, you might end up buys some fancy ones that while make the braking amazing tear up your disks rather quick. I just got the ones I could afford, not to cheap but nothing fancy.

Indeed the standard Tokico pads are HH rated, & they work pretty well too. I would say that they contain less sintered material that aftermarket pads such as EBC, or Carbon Lorraine. Hence they don't quite have the same 'bite' at extreme conditions.
Standards such as the HH friction rating obviously have a range of friction coefficient that any pads performance must obtain. Therefore some HH rated pads will work better than others, if their performance is at the upper end of the required range.

Cheers.

Everybody is going to have a different riding style and preferences, I personally rate the EBC HH's and customers do too. I do have one guy that doesn't like them, thats his preference and it is his choice to make.

I am always baffled by peoples stories of EBC HH's eating discs, most of the cases have been down to knackered disc so how does the blame get shifted to EBC? I will admit that they will use a disc more than non-HH pads, not excessive wear and I doubt it is really worth calculating. Think of it this way, the whole prinicipal of the brake pads and discs is to create friction to help you stop. If the pads and discs wear more then they are creating more friction.
