sorry upset as i used to go there as a kid and we used to take the kids there not a lot but sometimes. I just hate people badmouthing the people that are trying to do something good for our town apoloigies for my swearing. Won't happen again

Thats Ok, just no need to get angry, people tend to say what they think on forums so you need to take it with a pinch of salt sometimes.

ok will try next time. That's my problem i get so wound up then disapear for a bit then i get shouted at by gid. I will calm down and say sorry to the guy that i said it to. Thanks for letting me know. Still not used to the orgers on here some of them any how.

Dont always assume people are doing something for the good of a town.

Business is business, I have not met a developer yet who has really cared about the area they are developing, they will tell you they do, but all they are really bothered about is their pockets.

If somewhere is uneconomical to run, old and run down, and therefore making making a loss a developer will try and improve it, when they cant they will cut their losses and run.......or burn it down and claim off the insurance.

Its sad but its true.....he's hardly going to beable to sell the place in its current climate.

I understand planning was rejected to make improvements on the place because its listed......another common reason for place getting 'damaged' beyond repair.....planning gets express approval for unsafe buildings
