Nice set of leathers if you ask me, and i'd rather look a tool than have gravel rash. Sod what others think mate, look after No1.

They look eirie! I brought a set of Dainese RR27 recently ( bargain £372!!) and whilst they may feel to be overkill for a 650 they are comfy.

The only downside is I look like a fat power ranger!

i was in HG today and also tryed on the 2 piece version of the alpinestars leathers @ £399 bargain id say! i think i gonna go back and get them

I don't get this only a 650 stuff. You can still go fast enough for some serious damage to you, your bike and others.. and even then, you don't have to be going particularly fast for that. I'd rather look a tool than lose my skin..

Sean the 650 thing I refer to is RR leathers for a naked! The only time I've been offed so far was time trial (pedal bike) at about 35mph so well aware of the potential damage fella! That said it doesnt matter if you bin a Busa at 40 or a C90 at 40 damage much the same but one absolutely kills your self esteem!

yep that tarmac is hard at whatever speed you hit it, soon rips through normal clothing too.
