I have some Tokico 6 pots sat in a box in my garage. I was going to put them on the Hornet but would need to faff around making a steel bracket. If you want them let me know, I paid about £180 for them I think but you can have them for about £150 if they fit of course. Not been used much.

If you have any pictures Dan I might be interested - this was meant to be a budget bike for me so maybe a little pricey. Alternatively if you need a bracket machined up give me a pattern and I can most likely do it for you - I have access to various mills and lathes etc. You'd just have to supply the metal.

Blimey, I had 155 at the Nurburgring on my little Hornet. Felt like my head was going to come off mind.

I took an unfaired bandit up to 150, that was rather windy. 160 on the 7R did involve a bit of a race crouch but it wasn't particularly windy, just fast.

I haven't really bothered to see what the Gixer will do flat out. I'd guess about 170.

Re: Haynes book of lies, I had a trawl through the garage earlier and couldn't find it, so I fear I may have given it away at some point or just binned it when I moved.

I got the mountain bike up to what must have been at least 15 mph today. Now THAT is impressive.
