True friends like that are rare indeed...And almost always impossible to replace that void they leave behind in your life.

Oh man I really feel for you Lozzo. Such true friends can come to mean more than family, for they are never beholden to a bond of blood or even marriage; everything you share is a truely free choice and so much more precious for it.
To have had such a long time knowing each other, I can honestly say I feel one of those rare touches of envy. May she carry you through the next forty years, even if it is only in memory. |
