That was a curious message on my profile linking me to this thread!

Your quest of transforming your bike into a similar but not the same as Stealth SV??

I'm still not entirely sure how you know what my bike looks like. I deleted all photos off photobucket for this forum when I took a break, before you joined. Do I know you??? Confused!!!

Here's a few photos of my bike that I re-uploaded. Jumping on the bandwagon as everyone else seems to be doing it on this thread.

The TRS system isn't road legal so you'll either need to find a sympathetic MOT tester or put a legal system back on like I did.

And to answer your question to me, my seat was actually the original seat but it was scooped out loads and recovered.

I look forward to seeing the new and improved 'Similar Stealth Bike MkII'

Undertray is off ebay was £55 new.

But Banditmania sell them, but it took a lot of modding to get a correct fit (5 hours!) because i had no instructions what so ever and had to cut the old one up.

Hey Law,

Sorry about that - I actually found your bike on MCN and contacted you to buy it but you had already sold it - i think i contacted you after that about some of the mods too.

This is what i thought - were you able to connect the original can to the Yoshi system or did you have to replace the full system with the original come MOT ?

I see that would explain it - it looks really good and completes the line of the bike!

Come to think of it, the can isn't marked not for road use, but then again it's not marked with a road legal stamp either. So you might get it past the MOT testers.

My TRS was a slip on to the original downpipes so I refitted the the original with a sleeve.

Mine isnt road legal, but not marked not for road use either. When I booked the MOT I told the tester about the can and he said not to worry. When BigApe went to the same place, same tester, I think his failed on it, but his does sound like a WW2 fighter plane!!

good luck

If you have a good MOT tester then you won't have any problems, a can must be 'BS' or 'E' stamped to be road legal so having nothing is the same as having 'Race Use' or 'Not For Road Use' stamped on it.
