lol... just thought I'd try and save d1cking around having to fit and remove, then refit a different shock... just emailing demon tweeks about some fork springs...

" Hi Paul,
Ohlins fork springs for your SV are £74.00, or Hyperpro do a progressive kit for £105.00.

Regards"

seems a bit expensive for progressives? Most people seem to say they paid around 70-80 quid for similar stuff? Trying to rack my brains and search through previous threads for other manfacturers. Am I right in thinking there's a company called Maxton? and do hagon do them or is it only shock absorbers?

googling like mad since I've got no work to do until 3pm...

yeah 100 quid is a lot of money. Gonna ring hagon and maxton and see what they say. Looking for about 80 quid tops, bit of bargaining is in order

I know.

I put that on along with RSV linkage and its raised the rear a little (on minimum on shocks height adjustment, might add a few mm ) and its made turn in ACE get on the power way early and it just gets on with it!!!

With RSV linkage and the spring to suit me the springs gone from 800lb to 500lb! Only thing is that I now know that my forks need some softer springs (got 1.05kgmm in there atm They are ment for people weighing twice me!!!).

Anyway sorry for going off subject. Fit the Gixxer shock see what you think, if its wrong height they if its height adjustable then raise it if not play with dog bones. If the spring rate is wrong see about getting a stiffer/softer spring in there.
