Are you saying all other animals on the planet are not capable of feeling and emotion?? .. perhaps even 'love'

I am sure I have seen a dog wag its tail when it is happy ... also it feel lost without its owner ...

So it is purely society that make us think it is not 'right' ...

The answer to the original question is obvious ... of course it is not 'right' ... but the conversation would be very short if we did not challenge why it wasn't right
Nope, didn't miss the point, I just don't see how it pertains to real life and real people.
Polygamy is what some people do, that's fine, that's them, but most people don't and can't do it. If you can do that to somebody, your feelings aren't genuine or may not even exist any more, so why cheat, just move on and cause less harm.. Though that doesn't apply to everybody as I'm sure you will point out

You obviously don't have kids, otherwise you'd understand the difference.

how is it for women then?
Is it the physical act
Or
Their partner loving somebody else
that hurts the most

I'd like to point out that a person doesn't have to love someone to commit the act, hell, attraction isn't always necessary.

So you saying you think I don't understand feeling and emotion/love ... just like all the other animals you are arrogant enough to think you are better than I suppose!?!?

its mostly christian society that says only to have one partner..

as most of us were are brought up in a christian society then its wrong...

i read a survey somewhere, cant remember where, but it stated that women are more likely to have an affair than men.. it also stated that this is dependent on what time of the month it is... it was to do with likelihood of stronger genes... but also noted that most of the time women require 'security' as a structure to their lives...

men on the other hand just want to procreate and spread there genes...

a strong relationship is built on trust ... if that trust is broken then 'most' of the time the relationship ends up broken as well.
