Thats not to say that the lowers from a K3 wouldn't fit, but I would be wary.

K3 was slightly different dimentionally here and there, mainly at the back end tho.
Lowers ARE all identical (got 3 sets from various years to prove!), K3 Rad was different as mentioned but doesn't affect mounting much, if at all, as far as I know.

The rear end is identical apart from the subframe and the black panels below the riders seat and the undertray/tool kit location which are different to allow the seat to be lower.

EDIT: I see the argument was already had, I really should rear right to the end before posting! It seems that although there were 3 different view points, everybody was right!!

Well I may not be purchasing the lowers, £190 on flea bay with a day to go. I want them but not that much.

I already have the fitting kit from my other lowers, infact I still have my other lowers, right had side trashed. Wonder if it would be cheaper me getting the one side mended, do you think it can be done easily?

She still looks shiney even when she's trashed lol

That shouldn't be too hard for a decent body shop to fix for ya. Take it in for a quote, though I recon a ton should get that sorted for ya, depends how much building up and shaping there is to do on the worn away bits.

Bit of filler, some sand paper, and you are ready to spray.
