GHD - worth it? but so expensive! girls help needed!!

well, I dont think she expects me to get them for her, so i wouldnt be in trouble if I didnt get them or anything like that.

But I am alert and she has mentioned that she likes then and would get them but they are too expensive for a student budget!

I guess I probably should get them even if they dont make the world of differance because then she will have bragging rights down the pub. Girls do that right?
