Thanks, but the chain was still minging from the previous owner's chain lube and accumulated grot. It was cleaned down with paraffin before I started using it and has stayed like new since.

The delivery pipe exits wherever you want it, at 6 O'Clock or 7 O'Clock, just as the instruction leaflet advises.

I see what I did now!

When I looked at your pic I didn't scroll to the right so I thought for some bizarre reason your tube was going towards the left hand side of the pic towards the dog bones.

(Now I feel stupid)

Does drilling the swingarm pose any risks to it's strength?

As long as you don't drill great big holes in and you pick a rigid spot as Lozzo did you won't have any issues.

It's been like that for a year and hasn't broken - look around the swingarm and you'll find all manner of holes here and there. Ive done a few like this for friends and none of them have had any issues.

I've also drilled my swingarm to mount a speedo sensor- no problems at all.

There's fine. I wouldn't go drilling a couple of 10mm holes through the welds by the shock mount though

Best results - don't rush it! Take time and it will pay off! it's a universal kit so it comes with lots of bits and bobs some of which u may not end up using. You just need to work out the tidiest way of routing the tubing. mines routed around the battery and down to the front of the swing arm, i have a couple of small cable ties fairly unabtrusive near the pivot point of the swingarm, and then along the top of the arm behind the chain guard so you can't see it, and then araldited to the rear face of the arm (de-greased first!) and then onto the face of the sprocket using a slightly modified bracket from the kit. i would show u pics but its away being repaired after an accident
