Having no fluid in the expansionbottle says nothing about how much fluid is in your radiator. you might be lucky and te radiator etc. is fine

hope so!!! need to fill up with some coolant though, what spec is it meant to have and can i get it from any motorfactors??

Over torquing the clutch cover bolts will cause the cover to warp slightly, this will ruin the seal the o-ring gasket is trying to make.

oh bugger. that may be why mines dripping then. Thourght i had fixed it by nipping it up.

Clean it all up with degreaser and go for a ride, you will see exactly where the leak is coming from then. Usually silicone sealant is enough to stop the leak.
